1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of isharidesilva.com (the “site”). The site is the personal website of Ishari De Silva and is run by Stratgy Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16505157). In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Ishari De Silva and Stratgy Ltd. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Purpose of the site

The site gives information about my professional background, my board and advisory work, and my social value interests. It is for general information only. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Any board, advisory or other engagement is agreed separately and in writing.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, I own or have permission to use all content on the site, including text, images, video, logos and design. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you credit the source and do not change the content. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or use any content for commercial purposes without my written permission.

  • send unsolicited marketing through the contact form or the email address on the site.
